The easeist way to document funds for your lender is to provide them with your bank statements.
Some lenders may send for what is called a “Verification of Deposit” which the bank gives them the information you your bank balances and average balances. But most will use bank statements.
If your statement shows a great increase in balances over the last couple of months you will need to explain why.
