Mortgage Broker Company - Refinance after chapter 13 bankruptcy?
When you file chapter 13 you prepare a plan to pay back your creditors over a period of time. You can get your finances in shape. So you can look at refinancing approximately some say 6 months but figure a year after you have filed chapter 13.
It can also depend on how much equity you have built up how soon you can refinance. So you need to talk to your attorney, a mortgage broker, finance counselor, etc. to figure out when is best to refinance and the easiest way to go about it.
