Mortgage Broker Company - More On A Mortgage Broker And Fraud

Here is another one!   

A Charlotte mortgage broker has been sentenced to five years and five months in prison for taking part in mortgage fraud schemes in Cornelius, south Charlotte and other Mecklenburg County neighborhoods.

He recruited home buyers with promises of providing renters to pay the mortgage, and later selling the homes at a profit, according to court records. He didn’t reveal that the home prices were wildly inflated.
