FSBO means For Sale By Owner

FFMLS is a term that refers to Flat Fee Multiple Listing Service.  You can now list your home by paying a flat fee.

CMA refers to a Comparable Market Analysis.  It if info on listing prices, values of homes, etc.  You can get a CMA from a real estate agent.  They are free.  Even if you are selling your own home a real estate agent will still give you one.  Of course down the road they hope you fail and want to hire them.
