Mortgage Broker Company - Credit Problems? Still Shop, Compare, and Negotiate

If your credit report has accurate negative information, but you have good reasons for a lender to trust you (such as illness or a temporary loss if income in your past) explain your situation. 

If you do not have a good reason then you will pay a higher price.  So still shop around to get the better deal.
