Mortgage Broker Company - Are there ongoing fees on your mortgage?

Some banks may charge monthly or annual administrative fees on mortgages.  So when you are shopping around for your mortgage make sure you also look at the total cost of borrowing the money not just the interest rate.

Many lenders use the AARP average annual percentage rates as a means of comparing the true cost of the loan. The AARP will vary depending on the amount borrowed.
