Mortgage Broker Company - Appraisal Tips

The lender provides an assignment order form along with a sale contract.  The appraiser must have ready access to the property. Have your home clean and organized.  The will take measurements and look at the water heater, AC etc. If you have pets keep them away.  Offer copies of the seller disclosure or any other info.

Alarms should be off.  You can be home it is not necessary to leave.  The real estate appraiser just wants to get in and do their job.
